The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives: the rooms had a dirty bathroom, were a bit dark, and had a strong damp moldy smell, along with lots of mosquitoes inside, but they were very spacious, clean, with a great outdoor porch for beautiful views. The service fluctuated from being a bit rude to staff who were very nice and eager to please, always super helpful and polite. The location, although not bad if you want to be near Phi Phi´s main harbor, appeared to need cleaning and maintenance, yet offered magnificent views.
